As part of the team responsible for implementing, upgrading and monitoring the Group's HRIS applications, the consultant will join a team of 20 people. Missions

You will be the main point of contact for HR players on the Workday application, reporting to the HR Stream Core Manager. On a day-to-day basis, you will be involved in supporting the Workday application (HCM) on an international basis (France, Spain, Belgium, UKCAN, Switzerland, Poland, etc.) and in continuous improvement initiatives.

Administration & Support

Contribute to the overall smooth running of the application

  • Process, qualify and monitor incident tickets at N1/N2 level
  • Monitor the resolution of incidents
  • Assist users in applying Group processes

Carry out administration activities in Workday

  • Manage SupOrg/Roles
  • Correct data and cancel processes where necessary
  • Administer implemented accounts
  • Manage the mass update of certain data

Participate in non-regression tests and the updating of simple repositories

Implement a policy of continuous improvement

  • Identify areas for improvement and propose them to the team
  • Contribute to the improvement of data quality
  • Working with key users to develop and promote best practice in the use of the tool
  • Run webinars and help run the People community
  • Create and maintain technical and functional procedures
  • Help create and maintain incoming and outgoing flows
  • Carrying out authorisation audits to ensure compliance with the RGPD

Know how

  • At least 5 years' successful experience with SaaS HR tools (SF, Oracle, etc.) and Workday.
  • Advanced knowledge of independent Workday support in an international context
  • Knowledge of how interfaces work
  • Professional English required, a second language would be a plus (German, Spanish, Dutch, Polish, etc.)
  • Office package (Excel - advanced formulas, PPT, Word)
