As part of the roll-out of a strategic digital transformation programme, our client is seeking a functional project manager to lead the development of products, applications and online services relating to the use of digital identity and trust services.
The National Trusted Infrastructure (ICN) provides the technical and organisational foundation enabling services to issue qualified electronic certificates in accordance with Monegasque regulations.This project is fundamental to the Principality’s digital transition and, more specifically, to the digital identity of Monegasque citizens and residents, with the aim of securing European-level recognition of the evidential value of electronic signatures created using the qualified certificates issued. Achieving this involves a process of annual audits in accordance with the relevant European eIDAS v2 framework and associated ETSI standards.Initially, the employee will join the Expertise Unit, which currently comprises seven people, five of whom are exclusively dedicated to managing this project. The organisation of the Expertise Division will evolve from 2026 onwards to allow for the creation of a dedicated structure. This structure will be divided into two divisions: an Operations Division and a Compliance Division, within which the employee will eventually work.
