Inforca is looking for a HRIS Project Manager N2/N3 - Workday HCM M/F for the Project Management department of this major international group. Permanent position based in Saint Ouen (93).

As part of the team responsible for implementing, upgrading and monitoring the Group's HRIS applications, and reporting to the Core HR Project Manager, you will join a team of 20 people responsible for supporting and maintaining the Workday solution in operational condition.

Missions

As part of the RUN team responsible for the support and maintenance in operational condition (MCO) of the Group's HRIS applications, and more specifically Workday, the N2/N3 HRIS Project Manager is the main contact for HR players on the Workday application. He or she will be involved in providing support for the Workday application (HCM) on an international scale (France, Spain, Belgium, UK, CAN, Switzerland, Poland, Luxembourg, Germany, etc.) and will be called upon to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Coordination

Leading workshops and demonstrations with the company's various business lines to understand their needs and expectations. - Gathering, analysing and challenging the functional requirements expressed by users to ensure that they are relevant and consistent.

Application maintenance

  • Configuring Workday and carrying out unit tests: management processes, repositories, reporting, security, etc. -
  • Propose pragmatic technical solutions that meet the needs of the business and are consistent with the existing configuration and the rules set out by the Group.
  • Drawing up detailed functional and technical specifications to enable solutions to be developed and configured, with an analysis of the impact on other streams, payroll and interfaces
  • Implement the acceptance strategy by producing acceptance specifications and carrying out tests
  • Manage day-to-day application maintenance: handle requests for changes, resolve anomalies, draft user and technical documentation
  • Provide level 2 and 3 support for users and support teams.

Cross-functional

  • Actively contribute to change management and user training to facilitate the adoption of new solutions. -
  • Ensure regular technological and functional monitoring to identify opportunities for improving and upgrading HRIS solutions, in particular through the Workday Community.
  • Collaborate with the various project teams and participate in knowledge transfer to ensure a successful transition to Production for the business and the RUN team.
  • Participate in follow-up meetings by indicating your progress on subjects and presenting risks

Understand and apply Workday methodologies

Contribute to the analysis of annual releases: identify the impacts for the Group, the new functionalities relevant to the business and/or the administration of the tool, carry out non-regression tests, make presentations to the business on the impacts in the context of their activity, identify the changes to be implemented, etc.

Profile

  • Advanced knowledge of Workday (configuration of processes, repositories, security, etc.), acquired through successful experience with this type of tool.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, training, talent management, payroll, etc.) and social legislation.
  • Knowledge of another Workday domain such as Compensation, Talent, Performance or Recruitment is a plus
  • Good knowledge of security management and reporting on Workday
  • RGPD awareness training carried out before taking up the assignment
  • Office package (Excel - advanced formulas, PPT, Word)
  • Fluent English essential to communicate with international teams and understand technical documentation.
  • Proven experience of at least 7 years in a similar position, ideally acquired in an international and/or multi-site context.
