As part of the team responsible for implementing, upgrading and monitoring the Group's HRIS applications and reporting to the Stream Leader Core HR, you will join a team of 20 people responsible for the support and Maintenance in Operational Condition (MCO) of the Workday solution.

Missions

As part of the RUN team responsible for the support and maintenance in operational condition (MCO) of the Group's HRIS applications, and more specifically Workday, the HRIS Project Manager N1/N2 M/F will be the main point of contact for HR players on the Workday application. He or she will be involved in supporting the Workday application (HCM) on an international scale (France, Spain, Belgium, Germany, UK, Switzerland, Poland, Luxembourg, etc.) and will be called upon to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Application Support (Level 1 and 2)

  • Provide level 1 and 2 support to users
  • Monitor the resolution of incidents, working with internal and external teams where necessary
  • Assist users in the application of Group processes within Workday
  • Manage solution sheets for all identified use cases
  • Manage SupOrg/Roles and simple configurations, correct data and cancel processes where necessary
  • Manage the mass update of certain data
  • Identify areas for improvement in the tool and processes, and propose them to the team and the business.

Application maintenance

  • Propose pragmatic technical solutions that meet the needs of the business and are consistent with the existing configuration and the rules set out by the Group
  • Drawing up detailed functional and technical specifications to enable the development and configuration of solutions, with an analysis of the impact on other streams, payroll and interfaces
  • Implement the acceptance strategy by producing acceptance specifications and carrying out tests
  • Manage day-to-day application maintenance: handle requests for changes, resolve anomalies, draft user and technical documentation
  • Helping to improve data quality

Cross-functional tasks

  • Actively contributing to change management and user training to facilitate the adoption of new solutions
  • Maintain a regular technological and functional watch to identify opportunities for improving and upgrading HRIS solutions, in particular through the Workday Community
  • Working with the various project teams and participating in knowledge transfer to ensure a successful transition to Production for the business and the RUN team
  • Participate in follow-up meetings by indicating your progress on subjects and presenting risks
  • Understand and apply Workday methodologies

Profile

You have a BAC+5 in Human Resources or IT.

At least 3 years' proven experience in a similar position, ideally acquired in an international and/or multi-site context

Know how

  • Good knowledge of Workday acquired through successful experience with this type of tool, as a user or administrator
  • In-depth knowledge of administrative management and social legislation
  • RGPD awareness training carried out before taking up the assignment
  • Office pack (Excel - advanced formulas, PPT, Word)
  • Knowledge of the Google Workspace suite

Know be

  • English required, a second language would be an advantage (German, Spanish, Dutch, Polish, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit to work effectively with a variety of contacts
  • Rigour, organisation and attention to detail to manage complex issues on time and on budget
  • A flair for teaching and coaching to help users adopt new solutions
  • Curiosity, proactivity and the ability to put forward proposals to identify areas for improvement and develop tools
