ERP Integration Consultant - Permanent Contract - Monaco

Our client's IT Department is looking to strengthen its team in the Applications Division (DSI - DA) as part of the modernisation of the Tax Department's IT tools.

Missions

The consultant will be part of the project team in charge of rolling out the new tool, which is based on Sage X3 ERP and Youdoc EDM, in collaboration with the SIBC (Budget and Accounting Information System) project team. He/she will take part in the roll-out of the system platform, to ensure that it meets the expectations of the Business Division.

Main activities, on the ERP dedicated to the DSF

In collaboration with the other members of the team:

  • Analysing needs and drafting specifications/requirements
  • Identifying and formalising configuration/development requirements
  • Provide functional support to development teams and users
  • Drawing up and implementing the system validation plan, test specifications and acceptance specifications
  • Participation in data import/migration and interfacing with other IS applications
  • User training and support
  • Drafting operating procedures
  • Reporting on activities to the project manager.

Possible activities

As part of all projects within the scope of the application:

  • Gathering business requirements;
  • Participating in business user support workshops;
  • Organising UATs with the business department.

Your knowledge of software technologies and architectures will enable you to

  • Monitor and contribute to the supervision of applications;
  • Participate in the design, development and correction phases of the solutions deployed on the IS.

Functional relations with other positions / department(s)

  • Reports to the Project Manager and the Reform Pilot
  • Working with the sponsors and users of the business department/department
  • Working with the DA's technical teams
  • Working across the board with all ISD teams (infrastructure, network, etc.)

Profile

Diplomas required / Training: Higher education, minimum level Bac+3

2 years' proven experience in a similar position , ideally with Sage X3 software

Know how

  • Experience in digital projects (specification, development, testing, etc.)
  • Experience in applications functional support
  • Ability to solve IT problems, identify causes, make corrections or propose workarounds;
  • Proficiency in office and collaborative IT tools, Excel, Word;
  • Knowledge of software technologies and architectures;
  • Knowledge of databases and SQL language;
  • Functional knowledge of corporate taxation, and the public sector.
