AI Product Owner (M/F) – Fixed-term contract or freelance – Monaco

• Oversee the development and evolution of the AI platform, the AI assistant and associated services
• Define the product vision, roadmap, expected features and prioritised backlog
• Oversee a portfolio of business AI use cases, from requirements gathering through to their adoption
• Translate business requirements into functionalities and acceptance criteria
• Coordinate the business, Data, AI, IT, security, legal and third-party service provider teams
• Organise scoping workshops, demonstrations, acceptance testing and monitoring committee meetings
• Provide reporting and monitor the progress of the various projects
• Oversee the adoption of solutions and measure usage, satisfaction and value created
• Lead awareness-raising and training initiatives relating to AI

• A five-year degree in digital technology, engineering, project management, management or equivalent
• Between 3 and 10 years’ experience in digital product or project management
• Significant experience in leading data and AI projects
• Experience in change management and the adoption of digital products
• Proficiency in product management methodologies: vision, scoping, backlog, roadmap, acceptance testing and deployment
• Good understanding of AI technologies: LLM, RAG, AI agents, APIs and data processing
• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing service providers
• Knowledge of issues relating to security, data protection, sovereignty and responsible AI

Independence, rigour and organisational skills will be essential for success in this role. We are also looking for a user- and results-oriented individual who is able to bring together business and technical stakeholders, explain AI topics in layman’s terms, and possesses excellent analytical, summarising and communication skills.
