AI Project Manager (M/F) – Permanent contract – Monaco

You will lead AI projects from scoping through to deployment, coordinating the relevant teams and measuring the results achieved with users.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the roll-out of internal tools and new AI projects, including chatbots, OCR solutions and AI agents 
• Managing project scoping, scheduling, deliverables, resources, risks and dependencies 
• Co-ordinating the Data & AI teams, business teams, technical teams and user support 
• Supporting business teams in identifying and developing their processes 
• Designing training programmes and practical resources: user guides, operating procedures, case studies and quick-reference sheets 
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions in person, remotely or in a hybrid format 
• Gather user feedback and monitor incidents, usability issues and requests for improvements 
• Define and monitor metrics relating to deployment, usage, satisfaction and operational impact 
• Produce dashboards, reports and the information required for decision-making 
• Share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the tools deployed 
• Ensure security, confidentiality, data protection and human oversight 

• A five-year engineering degree in information systems, or a recognised equivalent qualification 
• 2 to 4 years’ experience in the deployment of AI solutions 
• Experience in managing digital projects or application solutions 
• Proficiency in traditional, agile or hybrid project management methods 
• Good knowledge of chatbots, OCR, language models and AI agents 
• Experience in supporting users and change management 
• Teaching skills to design and deliver training courses or workshops 
• Knowledge of the administrative, institutional or public sector would be an advantage 

• Organisation, attention to detail and the ability to plan ahead 
• Analytical, modelling and synthesis skills 
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business, technical and functional stakeholders 
• Adaptability in the face of change and unforeseen circumstances 
• A pragmatic, results- and user-oriented approach 
• Autonomy and the ability to report regularly 
• Ability to raise issues clearly and at the right time 

• Position based in Monaco 
• Desired start date: 19 October 2026 
• Role: Permanent contract
• Full-time, 5 days a week 
• Up to 2 days of remote working per week
