AMOA Consultant - Digital transformation and telecom concessions - CDI - Monaco

The aim of the assignment is to strengthen the monitoring of a concession in the telecommunications sector, to lead the ecosystem of players in the digital field and to coordinate the actions carried out with all the internal entities involved in the digital transformation.

Main activities

• Assisting with the monitoring of the provisions of the Electronic Communications Public Service Concession, in particular thanks to the consultant's experience in the electronic communications market and his knowledge of the concessionaire
• Monitoring the application of the Industrial Plan, as well as the tariff framework of the Concession, comparative study and proposal of new objectives
• Monitoring the Concession's monthly indicators and KPIs
• Building dialogue with the Monegasque Digital Chamber on digital issues and drawing up proposals for the development of the sector
• Consolidating responses to surveys by international bodies, in particular the International Telecommunications Union
• Handling requests from constituents for which the department is responsible, leading to an improved customer experience for dealers
• Regulatory monitoring in the field of electronic communications
• Analysing and processing our customers' requests for electronic communications services.

• Required qualifications: BAC +5
• Length of experience required: 8 years

• Understanding the regulatory environment for electronic communications in the Principality
• Knowledge of regulation and the European electronic communications market

• Permanent contract 4 days a week
