Applied AI & Process Engineering Analyst (M/F) – Permanent contract – Monaco

Processes and value

• Model our end-to-end processes and quantify the baseline situation (cycle times, volumes).
• Identify pain points for users, lead improvement projects and prioritise use cases according to value, feasibility and risk.
• Measure gains relative to the baseline and report them to management.

Design and automation

• Design, prototype and scale up use cases for generative AI (business assistants, RAG) and agent-based workflows (API, MCP).
• Automate processes via the Bank’s systems.
• Draft and version control prompts, plugins, test suites and evaluation criteria.

Governance, Risk and Compliance

• Document each solution (use cases, risks) in accordance with the Bank’s AI governance framework, the European AI Act and DORA.
• Work with Compliance, Risk, IT Security and the DPO, and monitor production (quality, costs).

Adoption and facilitation

• Train users and produce documentation.
• Coordinate the network of AI leads.
• Monitor technological and regulatory developments.

Qualifications: Five years’ higher education at an engineering school, in data science, computer science, applied mathematics or equivalent.

Experience: 5 years in a similar role.

Key skills:

• Process automation tools, in particular Microsoft Power Automate.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification as a minimum (Black Belt preferred), with quantifiable achievements.
• LLM in a professional context: prompt engineering, RAG, evaluation, API integration; knowledge of agent-based architectures.
• Principles of AI governance and model risk management.

An asset: Anthropic certification.
