Assistant Project Manager (M/F) – Permanent contract – Monaco

You will support the Project Manager/Product Owner in steering a strategic programme, carrying out testing, monitoring activities, coordinating work, producing reports and managing issues. 

Missions

  • Assist the Project Manager/Product Owner with the day-to-day management of the Employment programme 
  • Prepare, carry out and document functional tests 
  • Prepare the scenarios, data sets and conditions required for testing in the acceptance environment 
  • Participate in the functional validation of delivered updates 
  • Provide Level 2 user support and triage incoming requests 
  • Coordinate communication with business and technical teams, service providers and users 
  • Monitor actions, deadlines, dependencies, risks and areas requiring attention 
  • Prepare for and help facilitate progress meetings 
  • Draft meeting minutes and follow up on decisions taken 
  • Produce and update management tools, dashboards and reports 
  • Identify, classify, document and track issues until they are resolved 
  • Verify corrections and monitor non-regression tests 
  • Alert the Project Manager in the event of risks, bottlenecks, delays or deviations 
  • Contribute to updating functional documentation and user guides 
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring, acceptance testing and support processes.

Profile

You have a degree in Information Systems and have between three and five years’ experience in managing high-stakes projects involving multiple stakeholders

Experience 3 years

Know how

  • Proficiency in the principles of project management and operational coordination 
  • Experience in supporting the management of digital projects or programmes 
  • Good command of the preparation, execution and documentation of functional tests 
  • Knowledge of acceptance testing environments, non-regression testing and fault qualification 
  • Proficiency in tools for tracking actions, incidents, defects and change requests 
  • Good writing skills for producing reports, management materials and 
  • functional documents 
  • Knowledge of the principles of user support and the escalation of Level 2 requests.

  • Ability to work as part of a team and coordinate with a variety of stakeholders
  • Organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to ensure reliable follow-up on tasks 
  • Analytical and synthesis skills, and an eye for detail 
  • Responsiveness and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously 
  • Autonomy, whilst being able to report back and seek the necessary decisions 
  • Good communication, listening and summarising skills 
  • User-focused approach and a commitment to service.

  • Location: Monaco. 
  • Desired start date: 19 October 2026. 
  • Working hours: 5 days a week. Remote working: up to 2 days a week. 
  • Work equipment provided.
