2 ATM Project Managers in Vélizy-Villacoublay

When you join this major international group in the Payroll division, you'll become part of the GT team of around 10 people. The 2 AWM project managers have strong functional expertise in payroll/LM and post-payroll issues. They will be leading a major ATM change project.

Missions

  • Taking charge of the ATM changeover project
  • Drafting of specifications
  • Monitoring publisher activity
  • Drawing up acceptance specifications, executing acceptance procedures
  • Approval
  • Deployment strategy, Roll-out
  • Change management support
  • Stabilisation
  • Participation in workshops, associated comitology
  • Project methodology: planning, meeting deadlines and quality, risk assessment
Experience 10 years

Know how

  • 10 years' proven expertise in an ATM project management position (ideally in the construction industry)
  • Good functional skills in Payroll/LM
  • Good command of Packoffice (particularly Excel)
  • Good experience of a Payroll HRIS solution (ideally GXP), several Time & Attendance solutions (Horoquartz, Inetum chronotime, Kelio, Traxxeo, etc) and a ticketing solution (ServiceNow)
  • Certified in project methods (Agile, ITIL, Prince, Prince2, PMP, etc.)
  • Good writing and speaking skills
  • Professional English
