Brands & Products Project Manager - Monaco - permanent contract

Are you looking for a new challenge in a stimulating environment in Monaco?

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Brands & Products Project Manager to join the Digital Services Department to manage the construction and operation of the Vie de la Cité products(YourMonaco, MonaPass, touch-screen terminals).

Missions

  • Analysing and positioning solutions within the overall information systems architecture
  • Manage incidents in coordination with publishers and external service providers
  • Identify irritants and propose user-oriented improvements
  • Gather, summarise and formalise business requirements
  • Framing opportunities and compiling summary files for arbitration
  • Supervise the quality of deliverables and ensure compliance with DSN governance rules
  • Organise and manage the internal and external acceptance phases
  • Monitoring and renewing security processes, in particular approvals
  • Leading personal data protection processes (APDP) in accordance with regulations
  • Leading steering committees and project monitoring points
  • Ensuring that business users adopt and make proper use of the tools
  • Advise and support the business units in the use of the solutions
  • Develop and deliver training materials
  • Ensuring clear and transparent communication with stakeholders, in conjunction with the Operational Marketing team
  • Apply current DSN procedures and documentation models
  • Manage project objectives (cost, deadline, quality, customer satisfaction)
  • Report regularly to management

Profile

Required qualifications / Training

5 years' higher education in engineering, business or project management

Length of experience required

5 years' proven experience in B2C digital project management, ideally in a public or multi-service context

Degree Bac+5
Experience 5 years

Know how

  • Real skills in writing functional specifications and terms of reference
  • Results-oriented and pragmatic in adapting solutions to business needs
  • Ability to analyse, model and summarise complex requirements
  • Knowledge of approval and security risk management procedures
  • Mastery of the principles and obligations relating to the protection of personal data
  • Strong reactivity and ability to reduce time-to-market
  • Excellent command of French (spoken, written and read)
  • Proven analytical skills, ability to solve complex problems in IT environments
  • Strong technical skills to facilitate exchanges with development and operations teams
  • Experience in leading committees and multi-stakeholder coordination
  • Knowledge of best practice in digital governance and document management.

Know be

  • Organised and rigorous, you have an appetite for working in collaborative mode
  • You have good oral and written communication skills, and your excellent interpersonal skills will be a major asset when interacting with a variety of people, including functional, technical and business end-users.
  • You are autonomous, persevering and have a real spirit of initiative
  • Available and able to cope with a heavy workload
