Business Intelligence Analyst - permanent contract - Monaco

Job description

The analyst will be responsible for producing reports and dashboards using Tableau within the BI division for various business lines.

Activities

• Design in collaboration with the business lines (analysis of requirements and data, functional and technical specifications, modelling of the BI database, etc.) using a user-centred approach
• Extracting and periodically analysing the data collected
• Create reports or dashboards
• Carry out functional acceptance testing
• Supporting and advising the business units
• Contribute to the content of training materials
• Apply the DSN models in force
• Respect and control project objectives (cost, deadline, quality, business satisfaction)
• Report and provide visibility to management and the business line

Required qualifications

Hold a national diploma attesting to five years' higher education or a diploma recognised as equivalent by a competent authority in the country where the diploma was obtained, in the field of business intelligence.

Length of experience required

At least 3 years in business intelligence projects using Tableau (or an equivalent data visualization tool).

• Proficiency in Tableau (or an equivalent data visualization tool, in which case training in Tableau is required)
• Fluency in French
• Knowledge of Oracle SQL databases

• Autonomous, organised, rigorous and able to think ahead
• Good interpersonal skills (interactions with a variety of contacts, functional, technical, publishers, integrators)
• Communicative (need to explain, convince and keep abreast of issues/needs/constraints)
• Documenting work and teaching to transfer skills
• Able to apply agile methods
• Ability to analyse, model and summarise
• Ability to work in a team
• Sensitivity to the security of information systems
