Change Management Project Manager - CDI - Monaco

To implement the Extended Monaco Programme, INFORCA is looking for a Project Manager to manage and assist with change management for digital projects.

The Project Manager will be responsible for training, communication, stakeholder coordination and operational monitoring to ensure that the new solutions are adopted.

Missions

  • Carrying out digital projects related to change management: framing, drafting training plans, organising support sessions, running training sessions, monitoring schedules and budgets, etc.
  • Supporting the programme manager in defining and implementing change management support for the Administration's internal users
  • Providing project management support for digital projects
  • Regularly report to management on the progress of projects.
  • Train users in group sessions
  • Providing one-to-one training
  • Participating in change management within departments
  • Participating in the development of training strategies
  • Participate in the organisation and planning of mass training sessions
  • Working with project teams
  • Contribute to the content of training materials

Profile

With a degree in IT, you have at least 10 years' experience as a project manager with successful experience in change management.

Know how

  • Perfect command of Microsoft Teams and Office 365 collaborative tools
  • Excellent writing skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills (interaction with a wide range of people, including functional, technical and business end-users);
