Product Manager - City Life Digital Products F/H - CDI Monaco

As part of the implementation of a large-scale digital transformation programme, we are looking to recruit a product manager for our client to manage the general public application solutions of the "City Life" division during the construction and operation phases.

Missions

The Product Manager ensures that the project is carried out properly, from the initial scoping phase through to production, and then ensures that it is successfully acquired.

  • Drafting technical and functional specifications;
  • Designing the solution to be implemented in collaboration with the business units (needs analysis, functional specifications);
  • Monitoring the project in accordance with current standards (deadlines, costs, quality);
  • Organising the acceptance phases with the business units;
  • Reporting to management;
  • Organising and monitoring steering committees;
  • Co-ordinating the activities of the various players involved;
  • Work with the publisher of the chosen solution to draw up quotations, contracts or amendments, and monitor invoicing;
  • Working with the legal teams to draw up contractual documents;
  • Work with the communication teams to define the communication plan;
  • Lead the security (certification) and personal data protection processes;
  • Measuring usage and conducting surveys to obtain quantitative and qualitative feedback;
  • Ensuring that the tools are used properly and adopted by users;
  • Make suggestions;
  • Disseminating best practice.

Profile

Required qualifications

Hold a national diploma attesting to five years' higher education or a diploma recognised as equivalent, in the fields of engineering, IT, business or project management.

Length of experience required

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.

  • Mastery of the fundamentals of project management;
  • Experience in writing functional specifications;
  • Results and action-oriented, with a pragmatic approach;
  • Experience in application project management and website development;
  • Sensitivity to user experience;
  • Proven experience in CMS management;
  • Ability to adapt, analyse, model and summarise;
  • Sensitivity to the security of information systems and the protection of personal data;
  • Fluency in French (read, written and spoken);
  • Perseverance and initiative;
  • Ability to manage several projects in parallel;
  • Ability to manage relations with service providers;
  • Ability to make decisions based on priorities and to be flexible;
  • Knowledge of the local context and its main socio-economic players;
  • Knowledge of Mobility as a Service issues (real-time data, sharing protocols, ticketing);
  • Sensitivity to communication and editorial;
  • Interest in innovation and technology watch.

  • Working hours: 5 days per week
  • Teleworking: up to 2 days per week authorised
