We are looking for a CPM/EPM Expert for one of our Clients based in Monaco.

Missions

The CPM/EPM consultant will join the SIBC (Système d'Information Budgétaro-Comptable) project team of around ten people in the IT Department, responsible for operating and maintaining the SAGE X3 ERP and Tagetik software in operational condition.

Main activities for the Tagetik software

In collaboration with the members of the unit:

  • Assisting with the administration and configuration of the applications;
  • Carry out data processing at the request of business users or according to defined schedules;
  • Provide assistance to business users, monitor incidents, diagnose malfunctions or call in the solution publisher/integrator;
  • Mobilise the expert or knowledgeable teams needed to resolve an incident;
  • Maintaining and contributing to the improvement of the application's documentation base;
  • Participate in defining the testing strategy for the application perimeter;
  • Carry out integration tests and validate the correct operation of the editor/integrator deliverables;
  • Reporting on activities to the project manager.

Other activities ( non-exhaustive list)

As part of all projects within the scope of the application:

  • Gathering business requirements;
  • Participating in business user support workshops;
  • Organising UATs with players from the business departments.

His/her knowledge of software technologies and architectures will enable him/her to:

  • Monitor and contribute to the supervision of applications;
  • Participate in the design, development and correction phases of the solutions deployed on the IS.

Functional relations with other positions / department(s)

  • Reports to the Project Manager and the Reform Pilot
  • Working with sponsors and users in the business divisions/departments
  • Working with the DA's technical teams
  • Working transversally with all ISD teams (infrastructure, network, etc.)

Profile

  • CPM/EPM knowledge
  • Requirements gathering and analysis;
  • Ability to solve IT problems, identify causes, make corrections or propose workarounds;
  • Proficiency in office and collaborative IT tools, advanced EXCEL essential;
  • Knowledge of software technologies and architectures;
  • Knowledge of databases and SQL language;
  • Working knowledge of budget and accounting management, ideally in a public organisation.

Experience of major accounts or large public bodies would be a plus.

Degree Minimum 3 years' higher education

Teleworking: up to 3 days/week subject to project and quality of service conditions

Open-ended contract >(only European nationals or holders of a residence permit issued by the Prefecture of Nice are eligible for employment in the Principality)
