Senior Consultant M365 Copilot Chat - CDI - Monaco

The senior consultant, under the supervision of the Head of the entity in charge of the Strategic Digital Transformation Initiatives of the Extended Monaco programme of the DITN, is responsible for carrying out a technical and functional study of the deployment of the M365 Copilot Chat solution within the Government of Monaco.

Activities:

As part of a strategic project, you will be responsible for supporting the upstream phase of analysing, scoping and securing the solution.

- Analysing the functional scope applicable to the Government's environment, in order to identify the relevant use cases;

- Qualifying the access methods, architecture flows, technical dependencies and specific configurations required to approve the solution;

- Obtain the additional information required from Microsoft within a tight timescale, thanks to privileged access to the publisher;

- Document all the technical and functional elements to ensure compliance with regulatory, security and hosting requirements;

- Evaluate the contractual guarantees offered and identify any adjustments or additions required;

- Participate in workshops with IT, CISO, business and legal teams to align requirements and deliverables;

- Propose a realistic deployment roadmap, taking into account technical, contractual and organisational constraints;

- Define and document possible deployment strategies;

If a deployment strategy is chosen by the Government, you will be responsible for the following activities:

- Ensuring the technical management of the deployment in conjunction with the departments;

- Ensuring the handover to the support and maintenance teams;

- Developing the content of the training materials and training the business lines;

- Applying the procedures and associated document models in force.

Qualifications required:

Hold a national diploma attesting to five years' higher education or a diploma recognised as equivalent by a competent authority in the country in which it was obtained, in the field of information systems.

Length of experience required :

Minimum 10 to 15 years' experience in consulting and IT services, with proven expertise in the Microsoft 365 environment, generative AI applied to the Azure and Microsoft Copilot ecosystems, and collaborative governance in public or private contexts. You will also have experience of implementing the M365 Copilot solution in highly sensitive and microsegmented environments.

• Architecture & governance of Microsoft 365 environments;
• Network flow and micro-segmentation concepts;
• Deployment of M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio;
• Expertise in Azure AI Studio, Power Platform, Fabric ;
• Languages: PowerShell, Python ;
• Experience of the EBIOS method and/or PASSI audits;
• Leading scoping workshops, acculturation and definition of use cases;
• AI strategy and data governance consultancy;
• Excellent command of the Microsoft cloud ecosystem.
