Versatile Full Stack Data Developer (Front-End, Data Science and Data Engineering) - CDI - Monaco

To implement the Extended Monaco Programme, the Digital Services Department is looking for a versatile Full Stack developer to create dynamic user interfaces in JS, apply data science techniques and configure data pipelines. The role requires versatility, innovation and a focus on continuous improvement.

Missions

This developer will be responsible for developing front-ends in JS, integrating data analysis and setting up data pipelines to automate and optimise the flow of information.

Activities:

  • Design and development of user interfaces in JS (React or other framework);
  • Development of data science projects;
  • Creation and management of data pipelines to ensure efficient integration, transformation and loading of data (ETL/ELT);
  • Working closely with the technical teams to design and maintain an integrated and secure data architecture;
  • Carrying out tests to guarantee the performance and security of the applications developed;
  • Keeping abreast of the latest trends and tools in web development, data science and data engineering.

Profile

Required qualifications

Hold a national engineering diploma attesting to five years' higher education or a diploma recognised as equivalent by a competent authority in the country where the diploma was obtained, in the field of information systems.

Length of experience required

At least 5 years' experience in development and similar roles.

Know how

  • Excellent command of JavaScript and frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js;
  • Proven skills in data science and familiarity with statistical methods, machine learning and data processing libraries;
  • Experience in setting up and managing data pipelines using tools such as Airflow;
  • Experience with SQL, NoSQL, Time Series databases and real-time data processing technologies;
  • Competence in the use of data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Python data visualisation libraries.
