DevOps Integrator - CDI - Monaco

This position is part of a digital transformation initiative aimed at improving the performance, quality and agility of the Information System, deployed and operated in an on-premise environment(infrastructure hosted in-house, outside the public cloud and outside the hybrid cloud).

The DevOps Integrator supports the team responsible for the development and maintenance of business applications, providing them with solid expertise in DevOps practices adapted to the constraints and specificities of an internally-controlled physical infrastructure. As the technical stack is mainly based on Java developments, knowledge of the Java ecosystem is essential to effectively manage delivery and continuous integration flows.

You will work in close and permanent contact with all the technical teams (developers, management, architecture, infrastructure, network, operational security).

Main tasks

• Industrialising processes
• Setting up and optimising build chains, automating deployments, designing and maintaining automation pipelines for all environments;
• Participating in the Technical Design Dossier drafting process;
• Establish DevOps guidelines, document processes and best practices;
• Participating in drafting and presenting the technical approval files for the software factory to the CISO and the AMSN;
• Ensuring that the software factory complies with security and performance requirements;

Guarantee the availability of services

• Carrying out application deployments(application of SQL scripts, property parameterisation, functional checks, etc.) and setting up related configurations in ancillary systems (authorisation matrix management tool, batch scheduler, etc.);
• Maintaining and upgrading the Ansible application deployment playbooks;
• Ensure the MCO/MCS of the CI/CD chain tools: Jenkins, Gitlab, SonarQube, Sonatype Nexus Repo., Sonatype Lifecycle, SVN, etc. ;
• Administering and managing CI/CD chain authorisations;
• Participating in MCO/MCS operations for the Division's platforms and applications, analysing logs and querying databases;
• Support the Application Managers in diagnosing and optimising application performance;

Support the DevOps transformation

• Promote and disseminate the DevOps culture within the development and operations teams;
• Audit existing systems and propose a DevOps action plan;
• Ensure that solutions are aligned with market standards and best practice;
• Provide expertise and feedback to all teams;

Possible activities

As part of all projects within the operational scope:

• Leading and/or participating in various project ceremonies (COPRO, COPIL, team meetings);
• Creation and implementation of new tools;
• Participate in periodic interventions in HNO for production start-up or patch management;
• Participating in the continuous improvement of the Division's processes within a framework of quality of service to the Business Units.

His/her knowledge of software technologies and architectures will enable him/her to play an active part in the design phases of upgrades and corrections to all the solutions deployed on the IS.

Qualifications/education required: 5 years' higher education in IT

Length of experience required: Minimum 7-10 years' experience in DevOps or integrator roles

Language: Professional English required, advanced level preferred

Experience with a major account or large public body is desirable

• Solid knowledge of general information system technologies and architectures and N-Tier architectures;
• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD tools and software factories such as Jenkins, GitLab, Git, Nexus, SonarQube, etc.
• Knowledge of Ansible configuration management tools;
• Scripting and automation (Bash, Python, PowerShell, etc.) ;
• SQL querying ;
• Knowledge of the Java ecosystem: Maven, Spring framework and associated ecosystem;
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows Server operating system environments;
• Knowledge of sensitive IS platform concepts;
• Proven experience of working with infrastructure teams(virtualisation, architecture, system administration, network, backup, supervision);
• Drafting and use of technical documents relating to a software platform requirement (scoping, technical specifications, DAT, DCT, DEX);
• Ability to solve IT problems, identify causes, make corrections or propose workarounds;
• RIDA report writing;
• Mastery of office automation and collaborative IT tools;
• Fluency in French;
• DevOps certification is a plus.
