Digital Identity Business Analyst (M/F) – Permanent Contract – Monaco

As part of the roll-out of a strategic digital transformation programme, our client is seeking a functional project manager to lead the development of products, applications and online services relating to the use of digital identity and trust services.

Missions

Job description

The Functional Project Manager is responsible for driving product developments relating to the use of digital identity and trust services (mobile apps, authentication, interactive kiosks, electronic signatures, etc.), from scoping through to go-live: gathering and translating requirements, drawing up specifications, monitoring development work carried out by the service provider, and overseeing acceptance testing and certification. They work in collaboration with the Product Manager, the UX and QA teams, the service provider and business units, as well as with the security, communications and legal specialist teams.

Responsibilities

  • Gathering and validating requirements from users, support staff, business units and management
  • Developing and reviewing the roadmap for enhancements: costing, feasibility and prioritisation
  • Drafting and defining the scope of requests for quotations from the service provider
  • Allocating, prioritising and planning the project(s)
  • Drafting functional specifications
  • Drafting the wording for deliverables intended for users: email communications, websites, document templates such as forms, etc.
  • Monitoring development work carried out by the service provider and ensuring the functional compliance of deliverables
  • Organising acceptance testing with the QA team: early integration, contributing to the definition of test cases and strategy, functional validation in pre-production and then in production
  • Co-designing the UX/UI: workshops, mock-ups
  • Planning future enhancements to improve user adoption and experience
  • Defining objectives and KPIs, then monitoring usage metrics
  • Keeping documentation up to date in line with the changes delivered
  • Contributing to risk and impact assessments relating to personal data
  • Training support and RUN teams prior to going live
  • Defining a roll-out and go-live plan
  • Cross-functional involvement in products and projects according to priorities
  • Monitoring eIDAS regulatory developments and their impact on user experience
  • Sharing progress updates and alerts with the manager

Profile

Qualifications required

Hold a national engineering degree certifying five years of higher education or a qualification recognised as equivalent by a competent authority in the country where it was awarded.

Required experience

At least 5 years’ experience as a functional project manager or product owner in the digital, web or mobile applications sector.

Know how

  • Writing and communication skills
  • Analytical, synthesis and presentation skills
  • Ability to deal with complex issues
  • Ability to set the framework, steer and make decisions
  • Skills in simplifying user journeys
  • Experience in modelling digital products using diagrams, wireframes and Figma
  • Experience in project management under time and cost constraints
  • Experience in developing digital services within business, technical and regulatory constraints
  • Experience in monitoring the adoption and usage of digital services
  • Knowledge of information systems security
  • Knowledge of compliance with personal data processing regulations
  • Experience with project management and backlog tools (such as Jira)
  • Ability to identify and highlight project alerts and risks
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Excellent command of written and spoken French; English an advantage

The following would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working on iOS/Android mobile app projects (user journey, constraints, release cycles, etc.)
  • Skills in Figma / prototyping
  • Experience in the public sector
  • Knowledge of regulated environments and trusted services (eIDAS, RGS, ANSSI standards), or of the banking or insurance sector
