Employment Project Manager - CDI - Monaco

• Write the User Stories for phase 2 of the programme upstream of the development phase
• Ensure the operational management of the programme
• In charge of monitoring actions and making key decisions
• Ensuring the progress of related projects (e.g. Monguichet, MConnect, Online Payment, Electronic Signature Card)
• Designing and leading a process to identify the needs and expectations of Monegasque professionals/employers in terms of digital employment services
• Gathering user requirements, user-oriented approach
• Drafting functional specifications

You have a higher education qualification in Information Systems with proven experience in a similar role.

• Good interpersonal skills in dealing with a variety of contacts, including functional, technical and business end-users
• Strong ability to adapt
• Ability to analyse, model and summarise
• Ability to work alone on a project but also in collaborative mode
