Experienced Java Developer – AI Projects (M/F) – Permanent Contract – Monaco

As part of the project team, you will help design and develop application services aimed at integrating artificial intelligence features into the information system.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• Designing and developing APIs and application services in Java;
• Helping to define technical architectures and data exchanges between different systems;
• Developing and enhancing user interfaces using React;
• Designing and optimising access to SQL Server databases;
• Ensuring the quality, maintainability and performance of the code;
• Carry out unit tests and participate in acceptance testing phases;
• Ensure that bugs are fixed and contribute to the continuous improvement of applications;
• Take part in Scrum meetings and regular progress updates;
• Document developments and share best practice with the team;
• Take the initiative in proposing technical choices and solutions to be implemented.

You have at least 5 years’ experience in Java development in comparable technical environments.

You hold a postgraduate qualification ( Bac+5) in computer science, from an engineering school, a Master’s in software development or an equivalent qualification. Applications from candidates with a three-year degree (Bac+3) may also be considered if accompanied by significant professional experience.

• Spring or Spring Boot;

• Docker or containerised environments;
• Knowledge of security, authentication and API access management issues;
• Initial experience on projects incorporating artificial intelligence services.
