As part of the implementation of the Extended Monaco programme, the Administration is recruiting 3 level 1 support technicians to provide local face-to-face support. These positions involve working closely with the teams in charge of system infrastructure, networks, security and workstations, as well as with the school management.

Missions

  • Diagnosing and resolving incidents on user workstations
  • Supporting teachers and students in the use of digital technology
  • Monitoring the allocation of digital textbooks
  • Monitoring external loan batteries
  • Monitoring software requests
  • Creating and monitoring manufacturer tickets
  • Mastering student and teacher workstations
  • Project participation and follow-up

Profile

Baccalaureate with 1 year's experience in a similar position, ideally in education.
