Digital tools trainer - Permanent contract - Monaco

To implement the Extended Monaco Programme, INFORCA is looking for a trainer to join the Change Management team. The trainer will be required to prepare and run digital training courses tailored to different profiles and contribute to the various tasks of the Change Management Unit.

Missions

  • Prepare and run training courses on digital tools (Windows, Office 365, Teams or others)
  • Run face-to-face, remote or hybrid sessions
  • Create, prepare and run training courses on digital tools (365 etc.) as well as digital culture subjects (AI, best practice, cyber security)".
  • Adapt content and teaching methods to digital skill levels: from beginner to expert
  • Ability to adapt to all types of audience (civil servants and agents, teachers, students, managers, etc.)
  • Deliver one-to-one or group training
  • Use interactive tools to encourage engagement: quizzes, collaborative platforms, etc.
  • Raising awareness of best practice in cyber security, digital literacy, social networking and personal data protection
  • Designing, updating and enhancing training materials
  • Manage technical contingencies and adapt training in real time
  • Working closely with the team of trainers and change management teams
  • Participate in the implementation of change management support for the Administration's internal users
  • Participating in the management of digital projects: framing, project monitoring, organising and running sessions, monitoring schedules, reporting, etc.
  • Providing project management support for digital projects
  • Regularly report to management on the progress of projects
  • Working with project teams

Profile

With a higher education qualification, you have over 3 years' successful experience in training/change management.

Know how

  • Mastery of training and teaching techniques applied to school audiences
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Office 365 and Windows-based collaborative tools
  • Ability to adapt teaching discourse and methods to suit learner profiles
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in French (written and oral)
  • Team spirit, ability to collaborate and listen
  • Adaptability, autonomy and responsiveness to unforeseen circumstances
  • Sensitivity to the security of information systems and the protection of personal data
  • Knowledge of the challenges of digital transformation in education
  • Mastery of a project management methodology (planning, monitoring, reporting).
