GIS / 3D / FME Platform Administrator (M/F) - CDI - Monaco

Presentation of the requirement

As part of an ambitious programme to modernise digital services, we are looking for a GIS / 3D / FME Platform Administrator. You will be strengthening the existing team to ensure the operation, security, service continuity and development of the dedicated technical platforms.

Job description

You will ensure the smooth running of the GIS, 3D and FME platforms and support their development: optimisation, security, functional upgrades, Cloud integration and containerisation.
You will play a key role in ensuring the availability of services, performance and modernisation of the environments.

Activities

Administration & Operations

• Administering and operating ArcGIS Enterprise and FME Server / FME Flow (DEV / PREPROD / PROD).
• Managing ArcGIS Pro, FME Desktop / Form workstations, and supporting mobile tools (Survey123, Field Maps).
• Providing advanced support, dealing with incidents and coordinating exchanges with internal teams and publishers.

Maintaining operational and security conditions

• Supervising environments, ensuring corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Managing version upgrades, application patches and security actions.
• Guaranteeing availability, service continuity and security compliance.
• Working with dedicated security teams and specialist service providers.

Cloud, Containerisation & Modernisation

• Participating in the deployment and monitoring of Cloud infrastructures (private, public, hybrid).
• Deploying and maintaining containerised environments (Docker, Kubernetes or equivalent).
• Contribute to automation, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and architecture migration projects.

Diplomas

• Engineering degree or equivalent (minimum 5 years' higher education) in information systems.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience in IT platform administration.

• Recent experience (< 5 years) with the Esri suite (ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, mobile tools).
• Mastery of IT architecture: platforms, networks, security, virtualisation, supervision.
• Understanding of Smart City and public sector issues.
• Appreciable knowledge of complementary GIS & 3D tools.
• Administering and optimising complex technical platforms (GIS, ETL, 3D).
• Diagnose and resolve incidents on multi-service environments.
• Managing MCO/MCS: supervision, performance, patching, version upgrades.
• Deploying and operating containerised environments (Docker, orchestrators).
• Working on Cloud, CI/CD, automation and migration projects.
• Produce clear, reliable and usable documentation.
• Coordinating effectively with internal teams, editors and service providers.
