As part of a strategic project focused on the modernisation of digital services and the development of GIS environments, we are seeking a GIS Specialist / GIS-FME Platform Administrator to work with an institutional organisation based in Monaco.
You will join a team dedicated to digital twin projects and will be responsible for the administration, operation, security and development of GIS and ETL platforms.
You will help to ensure that the GIS and FME platforms remain operational and secure, as well as contributing to their optimisation and modernisation.
In this role, your main responsibilities will be as follows:
You hold a national engineering degree following five years of higher education, or a qualification recognised as equivalent, in the field of information systems.
You have at least five years’ experience in the management and administration of IT platforms, as well as at least five years’ experience on functional GIS projects.
You have a solid understanding of GIS environments and the associated technical platforms. Recent experience with the Esri suite is required.
The following skills are particularly sought after:
Knowledge of cloud computing, Docker, Kubernetes, automation, CI/CD or Infrastructure as Code would be an advantage.
You are independent, meticulous and organised. You are able to take the initiative and manage your priorities in a demanding environment.
You have good interpersonal skills and are able to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, both technical and business-oriented. You are also able to coordinate communications with external partners and service providers.
You are recognised for your analytical, summarising and problem-solving skills. Good verbal and written communication skills are also required.
