GLPI Administrator and Developer - Part-time permanent contract - Monaco

As part of the implementation of a digital transformation programme, our client's IT Department is looking to strengthen its E2S team.

Missions

The role involves managing the outsourced service centre, guaranteeing the performance, quality and compliance of the services delivered by the service provider in accordance with the contractual commitments (SLA). This position also involves managing and formalising the IT Department's cross-functional processes, so that each IT Department team can work together and with the service centre, on the basis of defined procedures, processes and responsibilities.

Technical support:

  • Dealing with incident tickets reported by users or the application manager;
  • Help with using and configuring the platform;
  • Setting up management rules;
  • Modifying the application's behaviour according to the needs expressed by the IT Department, ensuring the tool's maintainability and integrity in standard operation;
  • Implementing and configuring the necessary plugins or complementary modules;
  • Performing version upgrades of the platform and/or plugins, and assessing the impact.
  • Plugin support and maintenance
  • Coordination with publisher support
  • Advice and support

Application corrections:

  • Resolving malfunctions found in the application and/or plugins;
  • Implementation of the correction directly into the core application for future versions;
  • Determining whether to add functionality if necessary.

Deployments in the various environments: development, pre-production and production.

Documentation and traceability:

  • Monitoring changes to the platform and plugins;
  • Technical documentation resulting from changes.
  • Documentation on the operation and functioning of the platform (Rules, etc.)
  • Documentation on the analysis of new requirements and their integration into GLPI
  • Weekly activity report

Projects :

  • Participation in project committees
  • Analysis of new requirements with departments
  • Estimation of workload
  • Configuration or development of upgrades

Profile

Qualifications/education required: at least 2 years' higher education

Length of experience required: 3 years in a similar position, if possible, having participated in the creation of an outsourced service centre or the migration of an existing one.

Working hours: 2.5 days/week (110 days/year)
