Data/IA Platform Manager - Permanent Contract - Monaco

The role involves managing the contractual, operational and technical aspects of the hybrid platform (IaaS /PaaS / CaaS) and the Security Maintenance activities (MCS).

The incumbent will work closely with the management committees (IA, MCC, OPS) and with all the operational players and suppliers.

Project management and drafting consultations

• Drafting consultations and invitations to tender within the IaaS/PaaS/CaaS perimeter
• Participation in management committees (IA, MCC, Data & IA)
• Contributing to IS urbanisation and feeding the catalogue of reusable design-patterns

Operational management of the technical foundation

• Leading/participating in OPS committees (weekly, co-pil, etc.)
• Ongoing operational management (KPIs, JIRA/JSM monitoring)
• Process management: incidents, changes, configuration, assets
• Leading/active participation in Task Forces involving the various IS players
• Steering and monitoring the Continuous Improvement Plan

Maintaining security conditions (MCS)

• Active contribution to resolving cyber security incidents
• Coordination and governance of specific remediations (IaaS/PaaS/CaaS) in conjunction with MCS

Specific requests and upgrades

• Study and execution of specific requests, in conjunction with existing governance
• Coordination of the players involved and end-to-end monitoring
• Participation in security audits or reviews
• Implementation of automation and advanced reporting tools
• Contributing to technology watch (IaaS/PaaS/CaaS, cybersecurity, Data & AI)

Required qualifications

Hold a national diploma attesting to at least five years' higher education or a diploma recognised as equivalent by a competent authority in the country where the diploma was obtained, in the field of information systems or cybersecurity.

Length of experience required

Significant experience (> 5 years) in steering IT projects and managing service providers; - Proven experience in operating and governing hybrid cloud infrastructures (IaaS, PaaS, CaaS)

The profiles proposed must demonstrate proven expertise in the following areas and technologies:

Cloud & Containerisation

• Red Hat OpenShift (implementation, administration, governance) ;
• Kubernetes, Docker ;
• Hybrid cluster management (on-premise / public cloud / sovereign cloud);

Automation & Infrastructure as Code

• Ansible (deployment, configuration, automation) ;
• Terraform (infrastructure as code, multi-cloud management) ;
• Git/GitLab CI-CD (continuous integration and deployment);

Systems & Operations

• Linux administration (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu) ;
• Monitoring & supervision (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Elastic Stack);
• IT configuration and asset management;

ITSM & Operational management

• JIRA / JSM tools for tracking incidents, changes and requests;
• Implementation and monitoring of operational KPIs;

Cybersecurity & Authentication

• Authentication tools (Okta, Keycloak, etc.);
• Security incident management tools and processes;
• Best practices for securing hybrid and containerised environments;
• Access management, compliance audits, remediation;

Database & Middleware (if relevant)

• PostgreSQL, MySQL or equivalent in a cloud environment;
• Integration middleware (API Gateway, Kafka/AMQ-type message bus).
