Skills Development Manager (M/F) – Permanent Contract – Monaco

Our client is looking for a Skills Development Manager ( M/F).

The Skills Development Manager, specialising in Artificial Intelligence, designs, leads and coordinates the onboarding, training and skills development programme for staff. They ensure that skills development initiatives are aligned with the company’s strategy, ethical and regulatory considerations, and the operational needs of the departments. They will also take on the role of project lead in relation to training tools .

Missions

  • Define and implement the AI skills development strategy, in line with the client’s strategy
  • Design a progressive onboarding and training programme, tailored to maturity levels and business functions
  • Design multi-modal training modules: e-learning, practical workshops, boot camps, virtual classes and face-to-face sessions
  • Incorporate modules on ethics, data governance, security and regulatory compliance
  • Produce and update training materials (real-world use cases, role-plays, practical guides)
  • Lead the project management team as part of the replacement of an LXP/LMS tool in collaboration with the HRFFP department
  • Coordinate a network of subject matter experts and ambassadors within the departments
  • Facilitate onboarding workshops for the Directorates
  • Conduct post-training surveys and business impact analyses
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and best practice regarding personal data protection
  • Promote the principles of ethics and transparency in training programmes and materials
  • Measuring the impact of initiatives and ensuring the continuous improvement of systems

Profile

You have a degree in engineering (Bac+5) and at least 5 years’ professional experience, including at least 3 years in roles relating to educational engineering, continuing professional development, skills development or change management, ideally in the public sector or within complex organisations. Proven experience in designing and rolling out cross-functional training programmes.

Know how

  • Strong analytical skills for carrying out assessments, skills mapping and KPI reporting
  • Experience in project management and change management, with the ability to lead projects
  • Proficiency in Excel and visualisation tools for monitoring indicators and reporting to Directors.
  • Knowledge of AI
