Our client is looking for a Skills Development Manager ( M/F).
The Skills Development Manager, specialising in Artificial Intelligence, designs, leads and coordinates the onboarding, training and skills development programme for staff. They ensure that skills development initiatives are aligned with the company’s strategy, ethical and regulatory considerations, and the operational needs of the departments. They will also take on the role of project lead in relation to training tools .
You have a degree in engineering (Bac+5) and at least 5 years’ professional experience, including at least 3 years in roles relating to educational engineering, continuing professional development, skills development or change management, ideally in the public sector or within complex organisations. Proven experience in designing and rolling out cross-functional training programmes.
Only European nationals or holders of a residence permit issued by the Alpes-Maritimes Prefecture (06) are eligible for employment in the Principality.
