As part of the team responsible for implementing, upgrading and monitoring the Group's HRIS applications and as an HRIS technical expert, your main tasks will be to
- Dealing with user requests concerning the tools within your scope, both from a technical point of view and in terms of relations with the user
- Take responsibility for the technical implementation and configuration of the eTemptation (HOROQUARTZ) and HR4YOU tools, in conjunction with the applications manager and the IT Department.
- Corrective/upgrade maintenance, HRIS modernisation programme projects
- Contribute to formalising and updating procedures
- You will have developed a real aptitude for understanding how HRIS tools work and for taking part in technical implementation upgrade projects, with an understanding of the functional impacts.
- Technical skills: Scripting, querying, SQL
- Perfect command of HRIS tools, HOROQUARTZ GTA, etc.
- Documenting procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit to work effectively with a variety of contacts
- Rigour, organisation and attention to detail to manage complex projects on time and on budget
- A flair for teaching and coaching, to help users adopt the solutions
- Curiosity, proactivity and the ability to put forward proposals to identify areas for improvement and develop tools
- Real agility in writing
- Languages: French and English
You will be required to work in collaboration with other members of the Human Resources Department, as well as other Group departments that use HRIS tools.
