HRIS Manager Workday Compensation/Talent - M/F - CDI - Paris 2ème

We are looking for the future Workday HRIS Manager - Compensation/Talent M/F for the HRIS Project Management Department of this major international group.

Reporting to the Group HRIS Project Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the WORKDAY HRIS application in operational condition and supporting a team of 6/8 people.

Missions

Team management

  • Staffing, performance assessment, training needs, support, etc.
  • Advising and supporting internal contacts in the implementation of changes in order to guarantee the overall consistency of processes and meet business challenges within the given deadlines
  • Monitor the objectives, deadlines and budgets assigned to you
  • Produce reports for the Group HRIS Project Management Department and internal customers

Ensure that the Compensation and Talent functional areas are maintained in operational condition

  • Supporting HRIS project managers in managing incidents, requests for changes and releases within deadlines
  • Planning deliveries and prioritising requests
  • Carrying out digital monitoring and proposing a roadmap for changes
  • Ensuring a cross-functional vision and participating in related projects
  • Prepare and lead committees with the business or with your peers in the IT/IT department
  • Ensure that the team's documentation is kept up to date
  • Coordinate Group activities around annual campaigns
  • Drawing up the schedule for Group campaigns and ensuring that the actions are carried out correctly by the business contacts
  • Ensure specific Group reporting on the annual salary review and annual interviews
  • Ensure the smooth running of level 2 & 3 support during campaigns and the level of knowledge of users

Act as the main functional contact for the Compensation & Talent functional areas, both internally and externally.

Profile

  • You know how to unite teams around an objective and are able to make proposals.
  • You will have successful managerial experience in a similar role.
  • Your ability to listen, adapt, organise and analyse will enable you to progress in this role within the Group.
  • Finally, your intellectual curiosity will enable you to collaborate on all subjects and with the various stakeholders.
  • You already have experience in the field of remuneration and/or talent.
  • You are familiar with SaaS tools such as Workday, Oracle or Successfactor
  • Last but not least, you are fluent in English!
