Working within the Data, IA and Business Applications Department and reporting to the head of the "Digital Communication" group, the Internet Project Manager will be responsible for managing the projects assigned to him/her, and for ensuring and monitoring application maintenance. He/she will be the digital communications point of reference for the Group's communications departments.

The activities of the "Commerce and Digital Communication" department cover the following areas: Commerce: CRM, sales force tools, etc., Digital Communication: institutional, business, brand and product websites, essentially, referencing, domain names, hosting, e-mailing campaigns, etc.

Missions

Reporting to the Head of the Digital Communications Group, the External Internet Project Manager will be responsible for :

Project management (subsidiary sites, brand sites, migration of sites to the Jahia site factory)

Analysis of business requirements, functionalities to be upgraded, identification of solutions to be implemented.
Drafting functional specifications and specifications.
Preparing and leading meetings, workshops, monitoring committees and project committees.
Drawing up the scorecard, monitoring and implementing the action plan.
Managing roll-outs (domain names, hosting, analytical marking plan).
Compliance with RGPD and RGAA standards.
Technical and functional acceptance of projects and assessment of their compliance with the project specifications.
Compliance with deadlines and costs.
Change management.

Monitoring and steering application maintenance:

Providing functional and technical support (GDR & GDI)
Managing the RUN of services associated with the internet service offering (Piano Analytics, Commanders Act, OneTrust, Google My Business, Sendethic, etc.) and business support.

Digital communication on SendEthic:

Support for SendEthic users (creation and sending of e-mailing campaigns and newsletters, account opening, change management)

RGAA compliance for the Group's websites

Finalisation of the overall project to comply with standards and monitoring of the multi-annual plan.

Implementation of the new mapping & GMB solution:

Rolling out the project to change partners and technology.

Implementation of server-side data collection on the Jahia Site Factory:

Running the project, monitoring, reporting and optimising where necessary.

Profile

You will have at least five years' experience in a similar position.

CMS: knowledge of the functional and technical architecture of the Jahia platform.

Web accessibility and standards: knowledge of W3C standards and best practice in web accessibility (WCAG), and RGPD compliance.
Web application security: knowledge of best practice in preventing the main security flaws.
SEO and web analytics: knowledge of SEO, web analysis tools (Piano Analytics) and Tag Management Systems to measure site performance.
