We are looking for an IT Asset Administrator - Site Manager M/F for one of our Clients in Monaco.

This position involves the administration of IT equipment for schools in connection with the network (Pronote) and education, as well as support for users such as administrative staff.

Missions

  • Qualifying, analysing, recording and prioritising support requests
  • Diagnose software and/or hardware faults
  • Troubleshooting/resolving technical problems
  • Open and manage tickets on the @gouv.mc environment
  • Operate, administer and update Pronote databases
  • Export user data to generate accounts
  • Assist school management with their tasks, as required
  • Administer print servers
  • Manage IT equipment in classrooms and computer rooms (interactive digital screens and video projectors, docking stations, printers, specific equipment)
  • Diagnostic role and local support
  • Applies procedures and information provided by the IT division
  • Rebuild workstations if necessary using the information received
  • Liaising with various contacts: suppliers (hardware, software, etc.), DENJS IT teams (system, network, security, etc.)
  • Assisting with the use of hardware, advising users on good technical practice
  • Monitoring key performance indicators: number of requests, nature, level of assistance required, resolution time, etc.
  • Project participation and monitoring
  • Create and print self-service cards using the tool provided

Profile

Higher education diploma (Bac+4), supplemented by significant professional experience

Degree BAC +4
Experience 2 years

  • Windows 10, Windows 11, IOS, Android clients
  • Pronote / EDT
  • Active directory - Azure AD
  • GPO
  • Office 365
  • Wifi - network interconnection
  • Printing diagnostics
  • Fluency in French
  • Technical English

Only European nationals or holders of a residence permit issued by the Préfecture des Alpes-Maritimes (06) are eligible for employment in the Principality.
