To implement the Extended Monaco Programme, the Digital Services Department is looking for an IT project manager to structure and accelerate the transformation of uses within the Administration.

Missions

Job description

Managing the implementation of various IT solutions and providing change management support for the Administration's projects.

Activities

  • Managing projects using traditional V and/or agile methodologies;
  • Participating in drawing up the contract with the chosen publisher(s);
  • Designing in collaboration with the business units (needs analysis, functional specifications, process modelling, etc.) using a user-centred approach;
  • Drawing up and implementing test and deployment strategies;
  • Managing the work carried out by external service providers;
  • Managing the project and governance rules (project committee, steering committee, etc.);
  • Working with the project management teams;
  • Measuring usage and conducting surveys to obtain quantitative and qualitative feedback;
  • Ensuring that the tools are used properly and adopted by the business;
  • Supporting and advising the business units;
  • Actively collaborate to facilitate roll-outs and transfers to the User Support teams;
  • Contribute to the content of training materials;
  • Contribute to the content of internal and external communication media;
  • Participate in change management phases;
  • Apply current DSN models;
  • Respect and control project objectives (cost, deadline, quality, customer satisfaction);
  • Report to management and customers;
  • Disseminate best practice.

Profile

Profile required

Qualifications required: Hold a national engineering diploma attesting to five years' higher education or a diploma recognised as equivalent by a competent authority in the country where the diploma was obtained, in the field of IT, new technologies or management, with a specialisation in the management of technology projects.

Length of experience required

  • At least 5 years' experience in similar IT project management roles;
  • Proven experience in gathering requirements and functional specifications.

Skills

  • Mastery of a project management methodology;
  • Excellent writing skills;
  • Sensitivity to the security of information systems and the protection of personal data;
  • Fluency in French (written and spoken) is required;
  • Certification in a project management methodology would be appreciated.

Working time per week (in days): 5
Maximum number of teleworking days authorised per week: 2

Provision of equipment by the Administration: Laptop, computer bag, portable docking station, headphones.

Other: Teleworking possible in the long term, face-to-face start of the assignment
