MCO HRIS Coordinator - Permanent Contract - Neuilly/Marne

As part of the RUN team (18 people) responsible for implementing, upgrading and monitoring the Group's HRIS applications, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Stream Core Manager.

You'll be joining a dynamic team in a challenging environment, marked by the integration of AI and a new user-centric strategy, as well as multiple ongoing projects.

You will have the opportunity to implement solutions to improve the team's monitoring and operational efficiency.

Missions

Assistance with planning and guidance:

  • Assisting the team in planning subjects according to available resources (human, material, tools, etc.)
  • Managing the team's workload plans
  • Propose quarterly, half-yearly and annual roadmaps
  • Monitoring the implementation of the roadmap
  • Checking the progress of developments and key activities
  • Carry out weekly monitoring of tickets in progress and identify sticking points
  • Ensuring that reporting systems are complete and reporting discrepancies
  • Industrialising KPIs and analysing indicators Continuous improvement and risk/incident management
  • Analyse problems encountered and suggest areas for improvement
  • Reinforce the continuous improvement approach (routines, tools, methods, etc.)
  • Ensure that the Group's procedures, processes and standards are properly applied
  • Propose a first version of the SLA and support the team in its implementation
  • Review the Management Onboarding Kit

Profile

  • At least 8 years' experience in project management or management of an MCO IT service (ideally in the field of HRIS and SaaS tools)
  • Solid understanding of HR processes
  • RGPD awareness
  • Rigour, organisation, critical thinking and ability to summarise
  • Proficiency in the Office package (Excel - advanced formulas, PPT, Word, etc.)
  • Fluent English essential
  • International experience desirable
