MDM Solution Application Manager - CDI - Monaco

• Job description
• Securing and managing client workstations running Apple iOS, MacOs, iPad OS, Google Android and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Main activities
• Enrolment of BYOD and COBO mobiles on ANDROID, IOS and WINDOWS operating systems
• Deploying new applications to the fleet
• Upgrading the solution and maintaining it in operational condition
• Infrastructure skills strongly recommended
• Drafting procedures for N1 and N2 support, which requires a strong ability to synthesise and draft, as well as a high degree of rigour
• Monitoring anomalies and requests for changes relating to the business control application integrated into the mobile terminals
• Provide N3 support for smartphone and tablet equipment
• Troubleshooting incidents, setting parameters, business applications, integrating equipment, managing VIP customers
• Administration of the MDM infrastructure: creation/management of user profiles, creation/management of security rules
• Opening tickets with the editor to resolve functional and technical problems.

Required qualifications / Training

Bac +2/5 level

Length of experience required

5 to 10 years' experience in solution operation (Mobileiron, Intune, Airwatch, Maas360, Blackberry UEM)
