As part of the implementation of a digital transformation programme, our customer is looking to strengthen its Operations Supervision and Response team.

Missions

Job description

The role involves analysing and implementing new Microsoft 365 functionalities and putting in place an MCO / MCS plan to enable the team to ensure :

  • Its smooth operation
  • Maintaining it in secure condition
  • Monitoring, anticipating and implementing functional upgrades.

Main activities

  • Analysing business and technical requirements relating to Microsoft 365 usage
  • Studying, functionally validating, designing and deploying new Microsoft 365 functionalities
  • Managing the production roll-out of changes, guaranteeing their stability and compliance
  • Drawing up and maintaining the MCO and MCS plan for Microsoft 365 services
  • Implement operating, support and incident management procedures
  • Monitor Microsoft updates and anticipate their technical and functional impact
  • Guarantee compliance with security policies
  • Support technical and business teams in adopting new Microsoft 365 functionalities
  • Anticipate functional changes to the M365 environment
  • Meet the functional compliance needs of the M365 environment
  • Implement new user applications within the M 365 environment
    • Preparing and participating in functional qualification processes
    • Prepare and take part in approval processes
  • Setting up supervision of M365 functionalities Generating recurring usage reports on M365 Teams, Viva Engage, etc. applications
    • Generate recurring usage reports on M365 Teams, Viva Engage applications, etc.
    • Identify non-compliant uses o Check the security postures of M365 applications
    • Copilot Chat, Teams, Sharepoint Online, Onedrive, VivaEngage, Purview Booking, etc.

Profile

Diplomas required / Training: Bac to Bac+ 5

Length of experience required: 2 years in a similar position

Technical skills:

  • Office suite
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft M365
  • Viva Engage, Microsoft Teams, Forms, Booking
  • Multi Tenant Organization.
  • Purview (DLP , DKE , Information Manager)
  • DSPM for IA
