Microsoft 365 Functional Project Manager - CDI - Monaco

As part of the Digital Services Department, we are looking for a Microsoft 365 Functional Project Manager to monitor and develop the use of Outlook, Teams and other tools in the Microsoft 365 suite.

Missions

Managing Microsoft 365 solutions and providing change management support for Digital Administration division projects.

  • Monitoring and developing the use of deployed applications (Outlook, Teams, Booking, etc.)
  • Functional entry point for M365 solutions
  • Monitoring the solution and applications in the suite
  • Working with the project management teams, particularly those responsible for administering the solutions
  • Technical/functional administration of tools
  • Drawing up test and deployment strategies
  • Managing the project and governance rules (project committee, steering committee, etc.)
  • Testing the solution and its new functionalities
  • Ensuring and supporting the implementation of security measures with the associated teams
  • Training users and providing ongoing functional support to improve adoption of the solutions
  • Disseminating best practice
  • Reporting to management
  • Contribute to the content of training materials and internal and external communication materials
  • Respect and control project objectives (cost, deadline, quality, customer satisfaction)
  • Participate in drawing up the contract with the selected publisher(s)
  • Apply the models in force
  • Design in collaboration with the business units (needs analysis, functional specifications, process modelling, etc.) using a user-centred approach
  • Ensuring that the tools are used properly and adopted by the business
  • Providing support and advice to business units and internal teams.

Profile

  • You have a degree in information systems, project and business management or change management.
  • You will have acquired solid experience in similar IT project management roles, in the field of functional management of the Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Perfect command of Microsoft Teams and Office 365 collaborative tools.
  • Mastery of a project management methodology
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Good command of the digitalisation of working practices
  • Knowledge in the field of communication and change management
  • Sensitivity to information systems security
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, highly adaptable (interactions with a variety of contacts, functional, technical, business end-users)
  • Excellent communication skills (need to explain, convince and keep abreast of issues/needs/constraints)
  • Organised, rigorous and able to think ahead
  • Proven ability to analyse, model and summarise

More informations

This position is subject to specific eligibility conditions imposed by the Monegasque government, requiring the candidate to reside in the 06 department. Proof of residence may be requested as part of the recruitment process.
