Project Manager - Permanent contract - Monaco

The project manager oversees the successful completion of the project, from scoping to production.

• Identifying and defining requirements with the various stakeholders
• Drawing up technical and functional specifications
• Manage the security (certification) and personal data protection processes
• Monitor the project in accordance with current standards (deadlines, costs, quality)
• Coordinating the activities of the various players involved
• Organise the acceptance phases with the business units
• Reporting to management

Education Bac +5 (engineering school or equivalent) with solid experience in project management in complex & demanding environments. (Minimum 5 years)

• Results and action-oriented, with a pragmatic approach
• Experience in writing functional specifications (mandatory and highly desirable)
• Good interpersonal skills in dealing with a variety of people, including functional, technical and business end-users
• Strong ability to adapt, analyse, model, summarise and solve problems
• Ability to work alone on a project but also in collaborative mode
• Ability to evolve in a technical environment and interact with IT teams (internal and external)
• Proven technical and functional skills
• Sensitivity to the security of information systems and respect for personal data
• Ability to manage several projects in parallel
• Ability to make decisions based on priorities, demonstrate flexibility.
