N1 Support Technician - CDI - Monaco

Do you have initial experience in IT support and would you like to work in a stimulating environment, in direct contact with users? We're looking for an N1 Local Support Technician to join a dynamic team in Monaco.

Missions

  • Diagnose and resolve incidents on workstations and peripherals.
  • Supporting users in the use of digital tools.
  • Create and track tickets in GLPI.
  • Mastering and deploying workstations (students and staff).
  • Taking part in monitoring IT projects and contributing to continuous improvement.

🔧 Your technical environment

  • Windows 10/11, iOS, Apple.
  • Office 365, Azure AD, Active Directory, GPO.
  • GLPI for incident tracking.
  • SCCM / Intune for asset management.
  • Network skills: Wi-Fi, interconnections.
  • Excel skills for monitoring and reporting.

Profile

  • At least a bachelor's degree, with at least 1 year's experience in a similar support role.
  • Ideally, experience in the education sector.
  • Expected qualities: thoroughness, autonomy, discretion, good communication skills and ability to manage priorities.
  • Fluency in French, technical English appreciated.
  • Driving licence and mobility required (travelling to several sites).

More informations

  • Position based in Monaco (frequent travel to site).
  • Full-time, 5 days/week.
  • Full face-to-face
  • Start date: as soon as possible.
