Oracle ARCS Consultant M/F - CDD - Neuilly/Marne

Your role

• Participate in the various life-cycle phases of a project to implement and deploy the Oracle ARCS software package (from the EMP Cloud suite)
• Design and parameterisation of end-to-end reconciliation models with ARCS (including the PBCS and Transaction Matching modules)
• Development of data integration scripts in Oracle EMP Cloud

Project

• Analysis and formalisation of user (business) requirements in Oracle ARCS
• Functional scoping study of the Oracle ARCS solution and application impacts
• Design, configuration and implementation of the Oracle ARCS solution, including the PBCS and Transaction Matching modules.
• Initialisation and management of Oracle EPM Cloud environments (acceptance & production)
• Drafting of configuration files and functional specifications (for interfaces, reporting, etc.), operating procedures (users, admirers, etc.)
• Preparing and carrying out functional tests and non-regression tests to ensure that the choices made in the solution work correctly
• Organisation and monitoring of user acceptance tests.
• Training key/end users (with the creation of appropriate materials)
• Assisting IT teams with data acquisition and integration into theOracle ARCS environment.
• Support for deployment and production start-up.

Regular run/operations (BAU):

Participation in the operation and technical and functional developments of the Oracle EPM Cloud ARCS reconciliation tool:

• Guaranteeing support for the various teams during the tool's usage phases
• Organise and supervise recurring activities in line with the Group's deadlines
• Participate in functional and/or non-regression tests
• Working in synergy with the Group's business and IT teams to manage the changes requested by users and the corresponding specifications

We are looking for a senior/expert profile with successful experience in an Oracle ARCS project environment in a consultancy and/or major account.

• Strong expertise/mastery of the ARCS, Transaction Matching and PBCS (Alerting and Reporting) modules of the Oracle EPM Cloud suite.
• Ability to create data integration scripts for Oracle EMP Automate and Oracle EPM Cloud REST API.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and/or processes
• Strong general technical knowledge of the tool, an approach to the data model, SQL and Python (Oracle Groovy)
• Perfect command of Excel to understand existing systems
• Adaptability to large group processes, pragmatic and rigorous
• Work in collaborative mode with a good degree of autonomy
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Management of priorities, service culture

Possible teleworking: 2 days/week subject to project and quality of service conditions.

Mission expected to last 6 to 9 months.
