Junior Project Management Office (PMO) - CDI - Monaco

To implement the Extended Monaco Programme, we are looking for a Junior Project Management Office (PMO) to align all projects and tools with our client's strategy.

The Junior PMO will assist the PMO in all its activities. He/she will ensure that the necessary resources are provided to the Extended Monaco Programme teams to enable them to successfully complete their projects.

Important: Number of teleworking days authorised per week: 2

Missions

  • Monitor the various projects and take part in weekly meetings with the PMO
  • Help to draw up agendas and minutes for meetings
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations
  • Follow up with the PMOs of the various departments on the tasks to be carried out, the various stages of project management and communication on project milestones
  • Research and consolidate internal and external information
  • Monitoring the progress of projects and updating the monitoring tools used (in particular Sciforma / One2Team and Jira Confluence) Helping to implement project monitoring methods and tools
  • Document procedures, formalise and share best practice
  • Reporting, with the support of the PMO and Project Managers
  • Ensure administrative follow-up
  • Help define, implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Assist in drawing up the team's workload plan (legal, contractualisation, personal data, approval, communication, etc.).

Profile

  • With a degree in IT, you will have gained initial experience as a PMO within an ESN and/or large group (minimum 5 years).
  • Experience in project management, very good command of the Office suite, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
  • Advanced use of Excel to cross-reference data from different sources and tools
  • Ability to take an exhaustive view of all projects, highly adaptable
  • Ability to react quickly and work under pressure
  • Real ability to work on several projects in parallel, to define and measure indicators using BI-type tools
  • Ability to analyse, model and summarise, and to report regularly to your superiors on the progress of projects
  • Manage and follow a schedule to ensure that objectives are met within the deadlines set
  • Ability to illustrate presentations and visualise data for decision-making purposes
  • Ability to manage interactions with a variety of contacts, both functional and technical
  • Fluency in French (reading, writing and speaking)
  • Experience in change management and/or communication desirable
  • Good working knowledge of Jira Confluence software required and Sciforma / One2Team would be a plus
  • Knowledge of VBA and VBScript development languages desirable
