Portfolio Manager (M/F) – Permanent Contract – Monaco

As part of the roll-out of a digital transformation programme, our client is looking for a Portfolio Manager.

Missions

The Portfolio Manager ensures that the teams are provided with all the necessary resources to carry out their tasks successfully.

  • Ensure that all projects, programmes and portfolios are aligned with the overall strategy;
  • Participating in the prioritisation and scoping of projects in line with strategic objectives;
  • Oversee all ongoing projects to ensure their consistency;
  • Adjust priorities where necessary to maximise value for the government;
  • Produce regular reports on project progress (quality, cost, timeline);
  • Update management dashboards to reflect current performance;
  • Carry out post-project analyses to assess successes and failures;
  • Share best practice and propose corrective actions to improve future projects;
  • Monitor the overall budget;
  • Plan and allocate the necessary human and material resources to the various portfolios and programmes effectively;
  • Actively identify, analyse, monitor and manage all risks associated with the various portfolios and programmes;
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding progress or key decisions relating to portfolios and programmes;
  • Organise regular steering committee meetings or briefing sessions.

Profile

Hold a national qualification certifying five years of higher education or a qualification recognised as equivalent by a competent authority in the country in which it was awarded.

Know how

  • Ability to lead and support multidisciplinary teams;
  • Ability to analyse complex data and then summarise this information in an accessible format;
  • In-depth expertise in project management (predictive and adaptive approaches);
  • Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, SAFe);
  • Proficiency in and administration of Atlassian solutions (JIRA, Confluence);
  • Strong ability to adapt to organisational or technical changes;
  • Excellent ability to communicate clearly to a diverse audience;
  • Excellent writing skills;
  • Knowledge of communication and change management;
  • Proficiency in information systems security;
  • Proficiency in personal data protection;
  • Proficiency in French and English.
