Production Engineer / SRE M/F - CDI - Sophia Antipolis

• Supervision, operation and optimisation of applications and infrastructures
• Maintenance in operational condition and compliance with SLAs
• Incident management, root cause analysis (RCA) & prevention
• Deployment and infrastructure automation (CI/CD, IaC, Kubernetes)
• Environment management (acceptance, pre-prod, production)
• Performance monitoring, capacity planning & high availability
• Documentation, reporting & continuous improvement (ITIL / DevOps)
• Processing and monitoring Jira tickets in accordance with IT department processes

• Strong analytical and incident resolution skills
• Strong resistance to stress and management of priorities

• Knowledge of ITIL and ISO 9001 / 27001

📍 Priority is given to profiles already based in the region.

100% presence on the Sophia Antipolis site (no TT for the first few months).
