Production Engineer (Technical Lead) - CDI - Monaco

The Production Engineer will join the TechOps team responsible for the technical implementation of business information systems projects, as well as maintaining the operational and security conditions of our customer's platforms.

Reporting to the IT Department's Technical Section, he or she will act as Technical Lead for Windows/DEVOPS and coordinate all Build, Run and obsolescence management activities. In this role, he or she works closely with the business divisions, solution publishers, ESN service providers and the various internal IT Department teams.

It guarantees the technical consistency of projects, compliance with best operating practices, and contributes to the security and durability of Windows infrastructures.

Main responsibilities

• Responsible for all the technical skills within his/her remit, whether deployed in OnPrem or in the Sovereign Cloud.
• Takes part in the upstream phases of projects (technical scoping, RFI, RFP)
• Assists project and business managers with technical scoping
• Analyses technical development requirements and ensures that development projects are in line with business expectations, the DSN strategy, IT Department budgets and the added value of the solutions.
• Provides technical lead support to internal and business teams
• Ensures technical relations with service providers and publishers
• In collaboration with the project managers and application managers, participates in the technical drafting of CCIN and Homologation files
• Participates in the continuous improvement of the quality of service provided to the business units
• Works on the overhaul of obsolete Windows projects
• Works on DEVOPS activities related to Windows platforms
• Responsible for the lifecycle of Windows servers/platforms
• Collaborates on the implementation of automation platforms focused on the Windows perimeter
• Ensures the MCO, MCS and monitoring of the servers/platforms within its scope.

Possible activities

• Participation in meetings with the business lines or internal contact(s)

• Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years' higher education (IT school) or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 10 years' experience in a similar role or as a system administrator.
• Experience with a major account or large public body is desirable

• Good command of the network layer, firewall, DNS
• Knowledge of SNAV supervision and monitoring tools
• Proven experience of working with infrastructure teams (virtualisation, architect, adminsys, network, backup, supervision, etc.)
• Backlog management
• Drafting of technical documents relating to a platform requirement (scoping, technical specifications, DAT, DCT, etc.)
• Writing RIDA reports
• Proficiency in office and collaborative IT tools
• Proven experience in an IT environment is a plus
• ITIL certification is a plus
