IA BtoB Programme Coordinator - CDI - Monaco

The aim is to encourage innovation, support the adoption of key technologies, particularly artificial intelligence (AI), lead the local AI ecosystem and monitor, evaluate and report on the actions taken.

The AI programme coordinator is part of a process of strategic and operational structuring/steering of AI initiatives, integrating all the other themes of digital transformation, in order to provide effective support to companies and measure the overall impact of the programme.

Defining and implementing the AI Strategy

• Helping to define the AI strategy for businesses with institutional partners and experts
• Translate this strategy into an operational action plan including objectives, KPIs and budget
• Steering and coordinating AI initiatives, ensuring that they are monitored, adjusted and performed in line with the results obtained.

Business support

• Providing on-call support for companies and employees in the use of AI (diagnosis, audit, advice, choice of tools, deployment, best practices).
• Developing, structuring and deploying awareness-raising and training initiatives around AI issues. Create, maintain and enrich a documentary database, practical guides and feedback facilitating the adoption of AI.
• Produce training materials dedicated to the acculturation of the AI subject.

Leading the Ecosystem

• Federate and coordinate the players in the AI ecosystem (companies, institutions, experts, researchers, suppliers)
• Organising events (conferences, workshops, professional meetings) to promote AI and encourage exchanges
• Identify and mobilise potential partners (funders, solution providers, etc.)

Monitoring and evaluation

• Set up monitoring of the programme's performance indicators
• Assessing the impact of initiatives on the development and competitiveness of businesses
• Carry out studies and analyses to identify good practice and areas for improvement
• Report regularly on the progress of the programme to the cluster manager.

Monitoring performance indicators

• Number of companies supported in their transition to AI
• Number of events organised to promote AI
• Satisfaction of beneficiaries of the programme's actions.
• Progression of company competitiveness indicators
• Visibility and awareness of the programme, Strategic and technological watch
• Continuously monitor technological developments in AI (models, tools, agentic AI, automation, cybersecurity, e-commerce, etc.), market trends and current regulations.
• Produce watch notes, alerts, summaries and strategic recommendations.

You have an engineering or Masters degree in IT, Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation, innovation management or the digital economy. Alternative career paths, specialist training, professional qualifications with significant and demonstrable experience in AI and business support are also welcome.

You have successful experience (5 to 7 years) in managing the deployment of digital transition plans and defining plans for integrating AI solutions with companies. Good knowledge of the implementation of

• Mastery of digital strategies and technological trends (AI, cybersecurity, Cloud, e-commerce).
• Expertise in artificial intelligence solutions, including:
• General AI solutions: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot.
• Open source AI solutions: LM Studio, HuggingFace models.
• AI development solutions: Lovable, Cursor, assisted code tools.
• AI agentic and automation solutions: n8n, Make, autonomous agents.
• AI solutions for image and video generation: ChatGPT, MidJourney, Runway, Nano Banana.

• Genuine ability to evaluate, compare and recommend relevant AI solutions according to business needs.
• Pedagogical ability to explain complex technical concepts in layman's terms, to design high-quality teaching aids and to run interactive training courses.
