Project Manager / Project Coordinator - CDI - Monaco

The Project Manager/Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing and closing projects on time, on budget and to specification. He/she will be responsible for coordinating the various stakeholders and ensuring effective communication and resource management. This is a face-to-face position, with dedicated support for the Education perimeter. The aim is to strengthen the Gov.

Missions

Main tasks

  • Define project objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain the project plan, including schedules, budgets and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate project teams and ensure effective communication between members.
  • Working with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth project delivery. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as required.
  • Identifying and managing risks and potential problems.
  • Identifying and analysing the technical needs of departments in order to propose optimised solutions.
  • Ensuring the quality of deliverables and compliance with standards and procedures.
  • Preparing and presenting progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Facilitating project meetings and performance reviews.

Possible activities (non-exhaustive list)

  • Ensuring the security of the systems deployed and compliance with data confidentiality regulations.
  • Monitoring performance indicators, producing progress reports and taking part in steering committees.
  • Helping users to get to grips with the new infrastructure to ensure optimum adoption.

Relations with other departments / services

  • This position liaises with the system infrastructure, networks, security and workstation areas and with the Facilities Management.
  • Reporting to the Division Manager. Working with the infrastructure technical teams and sponsors/users from the business divisions.
  • Working in close coordination with internal and external technical teams.
  • Working across the board with the teams in charge of infrastructure, networks and applications.

Profile

Higher education in IT, information systems/project management.
You will have solid experience of managing IT infrastructure projects.

Skills - know-how / interpersonal skills

  • Project management and organisation. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Mastery of project management tools (e.g. MS Project, etc.).
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Budget and resource management. KPI and reporting
  • Methodologies : Agile, Scrum, PMP, etc.
  • Proven skills in infrastructure technologies: systems, networks and workstations
  • IT security standards and practices, particularly in the Monegasque context (Homologation, CCIN, etc.)
  • Ability to write and produce technical specifications.
  • Change management and teaching skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French and professional English.
  • Rigour and agility, Stress and priority management, Availability
  • Ability to make proposals, Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Proactivity and autonomy. Team spirit/collaborative spirit, Flexibility and adaptability
