For the purposes of implementing the Extended Monaco Programme, the Interministerial Delegation for Digital Transition (DITN) is looking for a Junior Project Management Office (PMO) to align all projects and tools with the Monaco Government's strategy. The Mission and the Services to be provided are set out below.

Missions

The Junior PMO assists the DITN PMO in all his activities. In particular, he/she ensures that the necessary resources are provided to the Extended Monaco Programme teams to enable them to successfully complete their projects.

  • Monitoring the various projects and taking part in weekly meetings with the DITN PMO;
  • Participating in drawing up agendas and drafting meeting minutes;
  • Prepare Power Point presentations;
  • Follow up with the PMOs of the various Directorates making up the DITN on the tasks to be carried out, the various stages of project management and communication on project milestones;
  • Researching and consolidating internal and external information;
  • Monitoring the progress of projects and updating the monitoring tools used by the DITN (in particular Sciforma / One2Team and Jira Confluence);
  • Helping to implement project monitoring methods and tools;
  • Documenting procedures;
  • Formalise and share best practices;
  • With the support of the PMOs and Project Managers, report on the DITN's activities;
  • Ensure administrative follow-up;
  • Help define, implement and monitor project management performance indicators;
  • Assisting in drawing up the DITN team's workload plan (legal, contractualisation, personal data, certification, communication, etc.).
  • The activities are described in general terms.

Profile

Hold a national diploma attesting to at least five years' higher education or a diploma recognised as equivalent by a competent authority in the country where the diploma was obtained, in the field of project management.

Experience required:

At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.

Know how

  • Experience in project management;
  • Very good command of the Office suite, in particular Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook;
  • Advanced use of Excel to cross-reference data from different sources and tools;
  • Ability to have an exhaustive view of all projects within the DITN;
  • Ability to adapt;
  • Ability to react quickly and work under pressure;
  • Ability to work on several projects at the same time;
  • Ability to define and measure indicators using BI-type tools;
  • Ability to analyse, model and summarise;
  • Ability to report regularly to management on the progress of projects;
  • Ability to follow a schedule in order to ensure that objectives are met on time;
  • Ability to convey information;
  • Ability to illustrate presentations and visualise data for decision-making purposes;
  • Ability to manage interactions with a variety of people, both functional and technical;
  • Fluency in French (reading, writing and speaking);
  • Experience in change management and/or communication would be a plus;
  • Knowledge of Sciforma / One2Team and Jira Confluence software would be a plus;
  • Knowledge of VBA and VBScript development languages would be a plus.
