Project Manager - Web Business Analyst - CDI - Monaco

As a Project Manager / Business Analyst, you will act as the interface between the business teams, the technical teams and external partners in order to manage the design and development of new websites and functionalities.

Your role will include

Functional analysis and design

• Leading co-design workshops with the business units
• Analysing user requirements and formalising functional specifications
• Modelling processes and user paths
• Working with the UX/UI teams on Figma / FigJam
• Write Epics, User Stories and acceptance criteria in Jira / Confluence

Project management

• Plan developments and coordinate their deployment
• Monitor development progress and manage external service providers
• Organise project committees and steering committees
• Identifying and formalising project risks
• Ensure compliance with cost / deadline / quality objectives

Quality, security and compliance

• Participate in the functional acceptance phases
• Monitor corrections and ticket management
• Contribute to site certification procedures
• Participate in information systems security procedures
• Contribute to data protection registers

Deployment and support

• Supporting the business units in adopting the tools
• Participating in training and support initiatives
• Contributing to internal and external communication media
• Measuring site adoption via indicators and dashboards

You may also be involved in managing content (images, text, etc.) in Ibexa during the build phase.

Education

• Engineering degree or equivalent in the field of information systems

Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role (Digital Project Manager / Business Analyst)
• Experience in managing web or CMS projects

• Project methodologies: Agile Scrum and V cycle
• Writing User Stories and functional specifications
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma / FigJam
• Good understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, DNS, etc.)
• Good knowledge of CMS (Ibexa would be a plus)
• Sensitivity to :

• Knowledge of LLM and AI agents appreciated
