Project Manager - Permanent contract - Monaco

As part of the implementation of a digital transformation programme, our client is looking for a project manager to manage the construction and operation of its projects.

Missions

The project manager is responsible for ensuring that the project is successfully completed, from scoping to production.

Activities :

  • Identifying and defining requirements with stakeholders
  • Drawing up technical and functional specifications
  • Lead the security (certification) and personal data protection processes
  • Monitoring the project in accordance with the Princely Government's standards (deadlines, costs, quality)
  • Coordinating the activities of the various players involved
  • Organising the acceptance phases with the business units
  • Reporting to management
  • Measure usage and conduct surveys to obtain quantitative and qualitative feedback
  • Ensuring that the tools are used properly and adopted by users
  • Be a driving force behind proposals
  • Disseminate best practice

Profile

Qualifications required: Hold a national diploma attesting to five years' higher education or a diploma recognised as equivalent by a competent authority in the country where it was obtained.

Length of experience required: At least 3 to 4 years' experience in a similar role.
